What do you need:

  • 4 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 cups of evaporated milk

  • 2 1/2 cups cream of chicken

  • 2 1/2 cups of potato cream

  • 1 cup of corn kernels

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • salt and pepper to taste

Melt the baked butter over medium-high heat in a skillet and cook the onion and garlic until softened. Transfer to a slow cooker then add evaporated milk, cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup. Add the corn. Season with cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir, cover and cook for 3 hours on low heat. When done, add the shrimp and cream cheese.   • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups frozen mixed greens, thawed and drained

  • 1 3/4 cups long grain rice, uncooked
