Aspen Dreams Bath Salts are a woody scent suitable for soothing tired muscles. The scent is somewhat masculine, but it creates a feeling of comfort and satisfaction, and women love it too.

Will need:
2 cups Epsom salts (or an Epsom/sea mix)
2 tablespoons of baking soda
essential oils:
5 drops of rosewood
2 drops of cedar wood
2 drops of chamomile
a nice jar with a tight lid
To make the salts:
Mix the salts and baking soda very well in a bowl.
Mix the oils in a small cup. Take them and pour them evenly over the salt.
Mix the two very well.
Let sit for over an hour before placing in a jar and sealing.

Sea salt bath salts are effective in achieving natural relief from eczema and psoriasis, relieve discomfort from joint pain, joint pain, skin allergies, stress and insomnia.

Balancing Bath Salts is the next project we will undertake and you will need:
Sea salt – 3 tablespoons
Baking soda – 3 tablespoons
Essential oils – 8 drops
Jar – 4oz
Choose 3 or 4 oils from these essential oils: Bergamot, Frankincense,
Geranium, Lavender, Palmarosa, Rose and Palosanto.
Add sea salt, baking soda, and oils to the jar. Gently shake to mix, mix well. Easy to use, enjoy it!

Epson salt – 2 tablespoons
Sea salt – 1 tablespoon
Baking soda – 3 tablespoons

Choose 3 or 4 oils from these essential oils: Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Palmarosa, Rose, and Rosewood.
Add sea salt, baking soda, Epson salts, and oils to the jar. Gently shake to mix and the salts are ready to use!

Balancing Red Earth Salts Blend is a relaxing aromatherapy potpourri experience. I found that it was extremely soothing and left a soft glow on my skin without feeling greasy or unpleasant. Will need:
Sea salt – 2 tablespoons
Baking soda – 3 tablespoons
Red earth clay powder – 1 tablespoon
Essential oils – 8 drops
Jar – 4oz
Choose 3 or 4 oils from these essential oils: Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Palmarosa, Rose, and Rosewood.
Add sea salt, baking soda, powdered red earth clay, and oils to the jar. Gently shake to mix, mix well. Add to tub of running water.

Balancing seaweed salts are fantastic for the skin. Do you know that seaweed has 77 beneficial properties? To get started you will need:
Sea salt – 2 tablespoons
Baking soda – 3 tablespoons
Kelp powder – 1 tablespoon
Essential oils – 8 drops
Jar – 4oz

Add sea salt, baking soda, seaweed powder, and oils to the jar. Gently shake to mix, mix well. Add to tub of running water.
