Heart disease is the leading cause of death for Americans, and it’s commensurate with heart health, on many levels. Most people really have a good heart, mainly women, but many hearts or heart centers have been shut down and pain is the number one reason for this. Many women’s hearts are damaged, that is, “a broken heart” or “heartbroken.” Usually, some man or male caused the damage. When you close your heart in an attempt to protect yourself from pain, this emotional constriction results in physical constriction (of the heart’s blood vessels), i.e. low blood pressure (or high blood pressure). High blood pressure means that your blood pressure is high due to constriction of your blood vessels, so your heart has to work faster and harder to get blood flowing. This activity tests the heart.

Now, when you harden your heart emotionally speaking, you have just activated the physical manifestation of the hardening of your arteries (which are connected to your heart), therefore arteriosclerosis. Arteriosclerosis is a medical condition or pathology that basically means “hardening of the arteries,” from the Greek word arterio meaning “arteries” and Sklerosis meaning “hardening.” Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 3rd ed., p. 94

Also, hardening the heart makes the heart heavy, that is, a “heavy heart”.

Many women suffer from angina, a throbbing pain in the heart. When your heart has been in pain or pain, emotionally speaking, the emotional pain or pain is stored in the heart tissues and can manifest as physical heart pain that doctors call angina.

Metaphysically speaking, the heart is the seat of our true inner being, the gateway to spiritual enlightenment, the center through which we express our capacity for deep feeling, care, unconditional love, affection, forgiveness, compassion, and sensitivity for self, others, and life. Our fears of being hurt, insecurity, feeling unloved, heartbroken, arrogance, callousness, intolerance, misplaced affections and desires; Prolonged grief, bitterness, anger, hostility, anger, excessive anxiety and stress, grief, resentment, and unforgiveness can block the flow of vitality in the heart area.

There are a lot of sick hearts in America, a lot of wounded, wounded and damaged hearts. But believe it or not, pain is actually good for the heart because you can’t know love without knowing pain/pain. Pain makes the heart evolve, flourish. Pain also leads to hatred in many women. While hate is harmful to the body, however, it is simply one extreme of the polarity. Hate and love are the same in nature or essence, they just differ in degrees, just like ice and steam, both of which are water but differ in degrees (or temperature). That is why there is such a fine line between love and hate, because in essence they are the same. Duality exists in all things. This is Universal Law!

Love is the best elixir for a healthy heart and the best beggar for a broken heart. As John Travolta’s character in the movie “Michael” sang in the back seat of the car: “All you need is love!”

FOOD INFORMATION and TRIVIA:

Why are commercial brand chicken eggs white? ANSWER: because they are sterile. Chicken eggs are naturally brown. Chickens are not raised on farms today. They are caged in cages located in buildings with synthetic lighting which fools the hens into producing eggs throughout the day, which is a heavy burden on the hens.

spiritual facets

“Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter through it; for straight is the gate, and narrow is the road that leads to life, and few are the ones who find it.” MATTHEW 7:13-14

The peacock’s complaint A peacock was unhappy with his ugly voice and went to the goddess Juno to complain. “It is true that you cannot sing,” said the goddess, “but your great beauty more than makes up for it.” But the peacock was not consoled. “What good is beauty,” he asked, “with a voice like mine?” Now Juno was getting impatient. “Each one has his destined gift: you have the beauty, the strength of the eagle, the song of the nightingale. However, only you are dissatisfied. Complain no more, if your current wish were granted, you would only find some other grievance. MORAL: Instead of envying the gifts of others, make the most of yours.
